Pearson is known for litigating cases defending constitutionally-protected liberties, including the fundamental rights to privacy, speech, and education. She is known for representing plaintiffs who have suffered from unconstitutional governmental overreach related to vaccine and mask mandates, as well as unchecked declarations of emergency.

In 2023, Pearson launched The Nicole Pearson Show where she interviews citizens fighting for freedom.

Pearson’s over fifteen years of legal experience encompasses employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination; civil rights violations (Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Unruh); and Constitutional issues. She has personally taken these claims through every stage of litigation, and practices before state and federal courts, including the Central District of California.

Pearson is a graduate of Loyola Law School where she was a Moot Court champion. She earned her undergraduate degree from University of California Los Angeles cum laude.

Pearson lives in Newport Beach, CA with her family.
